Your mission

  • Take Quell from crowdfunding success story to pre-order titan, to market leader. You’ll plan and execute Quell’s end-to-end social strategy, optimising the machine to maximise sales and bring fitness gaming to millions of people around the world.

Your week.

  • Plan, build and optimise Quell’s paid social campaigns
  • Work with the Marketing and Game teams to monitor CPA/CAC targets and feedback learnings from A/B testing to guide product direction
  • Ideate and test new creative directions while preserving brand alignment
  • Evaluate and iterate to improve performance and identify new opportunities across acquisition channels

What we’re looking for.

  • Strong Paid Social experience, either in-house or agency-side, specifically focused on acquisition and sales
  • Creative flair in campaign design, matched with a proven ability to execute and manage a portfolio
  • Confident tackling large datasets to create meaningful insights, then acting on those insights
  • Entrepreneurial and motivated. Able to think on your feet and set your own priorities

Extra credit.

  • Experience working with fitness or gaming products
  • Experience with products around the $200 price point
  • Experience with physical products
  • Familiarity with TikTok and other new social ad channels
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Cloud & creating social content
  • Experience growing and managing large social accounts
  • Experience building performance dashboards to manage metrics
